Dear friends,
September has arrived, the days are getting shorter and cooler. Fall invites us to focus more on ourselves and to enjoy moments of peace. Especially after a summer that for many is a time of activity and outdoor events, it is helpful to recharge before the winter months. Therefore, I invite you to explore a path of self-care with me.
As someone who lives with pain, I have experienced a transformative journey in recent years that has helped me understand my pain and find new ways to cope with it. After delving deeply into various aspects of pain transformation in August, I now want to take a step further with you and explore how self-reflection can help us better understand ourselves and take care of our needs.
Looking Back on August: Transformation of Pain
Last month, we delved into the power of change in dealing with chronic pain. We realized that pain has not only a physical but also an emotional and mental component. Through the role of self-hypnosis, we explored how we can reprogram pain patterns to embark on a transformative journey to freedom from chronic pain. We learned profound hypnosis techniques and energy healing strategies for reprogramming pain patterns and techniques for realignment and implementation.
However, it is often not just the pain itself that burdens us, but also the thoughts and feelings associated with it. Therefore, it is important that we take the time to reflect on our thoughts, feelings, and actions. Self-reflection can help us recognize old patterns that hinder us from taking care of ourselves and find new ways to support ourselves and promote our well-being.
Practical Self-Reflection Techniques:
Self-reflection requires courage. Where our focus goes, our energy flows. This can feel uncomfortable at first, especially if we carry a long list of diagnoses and negatively oriented beliefs within us. We would much rather be guided by things that distract us from our symptoms than engage more deeply with these negative feelings and emotions. Yet, especially with degenerative and incurable diagnoses, it makes sense to delve deeper into the feelings. Could it be that the symptoms and illnesses have a completely different cause than we assume?
My diagnosis has been with me since birth, and yet the expression of pain and mobility is very dependent on my emotional balance, demands, overexertion, and how I treat myself. Making decisions for my well-being, saying no sometimes before I reach my absolute limit, and my body already reacts with limitations have a great influence on my physical condition.
Keeping a journal is essential for me. Writing in the journal is always a moment for me to connect with the field and become aware of things through writing. Information from the field can flow because questions unfold in unbiased curiosity. I decipher a lot while writing or drawing the images I receive.
Moments of silence with energy healing in a meditative state allow me to connect with the universal source, which changes and elevates feelings from itself without my having to do anything. From my perspective, our challenges are a development from our own energy. A flow of energies that is amplified by my thoughts and feelings.
For this, I thank you for the connection and guidance of the leadership. I take responsibility for the results and give thanks and peace to my leadership for the feelings I want to be in gratitude and peace with. This opens the flow to higher energy and changes these low-frequency vibrations from itself. If I then address my challenging feelings and ask them to dissolve, my emotions change immediately.
Asking questions: Take time to ask yourself important questions, such as: What do I need right now? What is good for me? Asking these questions can help you better understand your needs and find ways to take care of yourself. When asking questions to the universe, angels, and God, it is important that these questions be asked without intention to be answered. In general, it can be assumed that all answers are immediately available. Often they can simply not be heard due to the "noise" of our thoughts. We must first detach from the energy of the need to be able to understand the way. I can provide you with a deeper understanding of this in my energy healing offerings.
